Place a Custom Order
Every commission starts with a conversation.
We enjoy working with clients on a specific piece for their home or office. This process usually starts with seeing something in a store or magazine and the client would like to duplicate or make some changes to the detail, style or size. Our services include every aspect of the job from start to finish. We work with each client’s individual needs by designing a custom blueprint for each project based on space, style and budget.
We source the necessary material, handcraft the work in our shop, and then ship or deliver the item directly to the customer. We are there every step of the way and are absolutely hands-on throughout the process, working with the customer in every way possible to ensure that their expectations are not only met, but also exceeded.
After some discussion, we provide a quote. The quote will communicate the design, materials, and price of the item. After approval by the client, a 50% non-refundable downpayment is required to reserve a spot in the production queue. Afterwards the fun begins (for us) as we work to source materials and begin production upon receipt of payment, and therefore we do not accept cancellations or returns on custom orders – all sales are final.
Changes can be made after payment on a case-by-case basis but we cannot guarantee to honor any changes made after the initial down payment is made. Lead times vary with the complexity of the piece and the workload but usually range from 6-12 weeks.
